What We Do
We are currently focusing on five initiatives that will best help us reach our mission. These initiatives include: Awesomeness In Action, The Art of Being Awesome, U R Awesome Shirts, The Great Give Away, and Life Is Awesome. Each of these initiatives enables us to provide consumers with a variety of resources that promote the ideals of love, compassion, and awesomeness while providing opportunities to engage in activities that can help them to maximize their potential.
We strongly believe that Being Kind Changes Lives and that actions speak louder than words! Therefore, we do everything in our power to spread love and compassion while creating awesomeness wherever we go!
Whether it means giving out free hugs, high-fives, peaceful pounds, compliments, or U R Awesome Shirts, we are always striving to bring more awesomeness to the world! 
Awesomeness In Action (AIA) is both and individual and group effort!
We encourage you to go out into your community and create some awesomeness on your own or with friends. Plus, we invite you to join us at any of our AIA adventures!

The Art Of Being Awesome is an interactive curriculum that we also offer in free seminars. The purpose of this curriculum and its seminars is to remind participants that they are awesome and provide them with the tools to preserver in all situations.
Our goal is to help participants embrace their awesomeness and empower them to help others do the same by creating awesomeness wherever they go!
We accomplish this by discussing our ABCs of Awesomeness:

U R Awesome Shirts are 100% cotton t-shirts screen-printed with a positive message on the front such as “U R Awesome”, “Love Who You Are”, and “Spreading Love Brings Peace” and a message explaining the shirt’s purpose on the back. Each message printed on a U R Awesome Shirt is written with the understanding that the wearer is sharing the message with other people. For this reason, a U R Awesome Shirt will say “U R Awesome” instead of “I Am Awesome”. We believe that this simple method of “paying it forward” will help promote the ideals of love, compassion, and awesomeness to those wearing U R Awesome Shirts and to those reading them.
We operate with a one-for-one business model, meaning that we give away one U R Awesome Shirt for every U R Awesome Shirt we sell! Half the shirts we give away are given to disadvantaged individuals in need of an uplifting message and the other half is given to individuals who are making the world a better place by helping others. Rewarding individuals for their philanthropic efforts is our way of inspiring more people to take action and aiding our society in maximizing its potential for awesomeness.

The Great Give Away is a customizable and self-sustaining service-learning program that enables an organization to host an incentive-based relief drive. This drive will directly benefit those in need within the organization’s local community, while educating the organization’s members about active citizenship and helping others!
The Great Give Away’s purpose is to help both its participants and recipients maximize their potential for awesomeness, with the hopes that they will continue to reap the benefits long after the program’s completion.
The Great Give Away provides the opportunity to develop a direct-service project that is reinforced with The Art of Being Awesome educational curriculum. The Art of Being Awesome educational curriculum focuses on cultivating leadership skills by helping Great Give Away participants gain a better understanding of themselves and those they are working to help while instilling the ideals of love, compassion, and awesomeness.
We accomplish this through various group & personal reflection activities which focus on our

The Great Give Away not only satisfies physical needs with donated goods and services, it also fulfills emotional needs of recipients by providing a break from their difficult situation. This “getaway” is created by The Great Give Away’s volunteers, who plan and execute a first-class distribution event catered to the needs of its recipients. During this event, the recipients will be given the opportunity to participate in a free Art Of Being Awesome seminar in addition to the goods and services they will receive. Furthermore, recipients will receive informational materials that can guide them to local resources and provide them with the inspiration they need to continually improve their situation.

Life Is Awesome is our web initiative which involves sharing inspirational and encouraging messages to remind viewers of how awesome life is!
We are currently offering a “Sign of The Day” video blog where U R Awesome Inc.’s President, Kemy Joseph shares his sign of the day to inspire viewers and remind them that they are awesome!
